wizard, you've posted quite a few hands and they all generally have the same theme so i guess you are really just leveling us all and actually play really nitty abc poker with no deviation. gg

but really whether you realize it or not, trends in the way we post are fairly indicative of something. you can actually learn quite a bit about people's games from the relatively few hands they post.

pretty much all i said was i used to routinely post similar kinds of hands and get occasionally berated for it; i thought my play was pretty awesome though.

As far as 6max goes, yes. I mean, I had you 3betting like 16% at one point.

As far as hu goes, you played very well afaik.

Im not saying there is anything wrong with that though. Its just...I mean, you really have to adjust to gameflow at the table. Example. When we played hu, you did everything right. When we played 6max, you were bluffing me even though I played valuehands only against you (which, admittedly, got me into couple of tough spots, cuz I just didnt think that you are going to bluff a nitty guy that much. At the end of the day though, overpair in 3bet pot is overpair in 3bet pot, trips are trips etc...).

The thing is, if someone plays really laggy and doesnt adjust to metagame/makes mistakes postflop, its really easy to make big mistakes and stuff like flatting btn 3bet of your utg open with JTs 100bb deep quickly becomes -ev.

Just my 2c

then i gave it a little more thought. and said hey this is BvB he probably isnt limping in the SB with 9s/Ts therefore, he is only essentially repping a set of 4s or draws therefore i called. however I DIDNT PLAN!!!

so my simple thought proccesse he is only repping a set of 4s only or draws therefore im going to call any brick turn and eval any over card turn.

turn came blank and i fold!! wtf is my flop call bad because even tho i know he is repping so little. im 2 much of a nit to call therefore i should have folded flop instead of calling to fold turn. or should i have just trushed my read and called turn?

thoughts ?
