If the amount that you'd lose out on getting back is greater than the amount that you lose due to the rake, then it's -EV to fold a chop.

There, the player would get back $23 from the pot, and he loses $1.50 in rake (if there's others that put money in the pot, the amount is less), thus folding a guaranteed chop is -EV here.

Pretty sure he was levelling .

H1 is coolerish
H2 is a fold somewhere postflop if you are not leading flop after preflop raiser checks and i think you are always beat when you go for this much value and get raised. I'd b/f really small if hoping to get called by the Tc or 2pr.
