I need to go get a pepper grinder. I have a bottle of pepper things, but thoguht it had a built in grinder. It does not, and I don't have one I can fill.

Tonight's dinner will be:

baked tilapia w/ a pepper crust, and then goin to put hot sauce on the top afterwards and probably make sammiches.
roasted asparagus.

So pepper grinder is a must have right now.

My boc tilapia recipe:

for two fillets of tilapia combine one tbs mayo with one tbs of grainy mustard (more or less of each depending on your tastes, I usually end up using mostly mustard)
season both sides of fillet with salt and pepper
spread sauce evenly over top side of fish (you won't use it all)
cover sauce side with panko and gently push in to ensure even coverage
drizzle olive oil on top
~6 mins on 375 (I do it all in the toaster oven)
~1-2 minutes under broiler until golden

lol thac and I are the same height man. I have to pull drawers out to climb up and sit on the counter to use it.

A1 is the nastiest thing ever. if you think it tastes good, you wouldn't know a well-cooked and seasoned piece of meat if it slapped you across the face.

I pick A1 for steaks that are medium to well-done. This only happens when my father grills them.
