Then it came time to move up to 50NL. That has not gone well for me. I am down $400 in under 10k hands. In this time I have dropped back to 25NL and won at an even higher rate than I won before. Yet every time I step back up to 50NL my AA gets busted in a 3bet pot, Ive had set over set, AKs v KK bvb 3 times in 1 session. AK v AA vs fish. A lot of it comes down to variance, but I am not the guy who will just put it down to bad luck and move on. I believe these beats must be causing me not to play great. I just have to be doing something wrong, I cant continue to lose EVERY time I sit at a 50NL table without asking myself why.

I am break even for this week, despite my being down $400 from 50NL, my 25NL, RB + bonuses mean I have broken even, and my BR is still at the point where I should still be taking on 50NL, except now I am almost scared to sit at those tables. I feel like I am just lighting money on fire. Its a strange feeling having crushed every limit until this point to now feel like Im not good enough to beat this game. Everyone I speak to tells me the difference between 25NL and 50NL is minute and I really shouldnt be having any problems beating these games.

I start to feel sorry for myself as soon as my AA gets cracked or I start losing, asking myself wtf is going wrong. Its rediculously frustrating for me. Im posting this in a desperate attempt to get some gems of wisdom of anyone that will help me progress.

A couple of fun stats.

Ive been dealt AA 53 times at 50NL, I have made $58 profit.
Ive been dealt KK 45 times at 50NL, I have made $105 profit.

Yesterday I was grinding with my friend (no h0m0) and I missed that a guy was in the hand. He said "you should change your card backs, it blends in too well."

I had yellow and it stood out from my black background. But I neglected to realize how much yellow there was on the screen, especially if there were spades in my hand or on the flop. So I looked through my possible choices and the only one that was different was pink.

So I changed it, finalizing my sweet FTP look:
