I just read the ingredients on the jar in the fridge. The only other thing it says is in it is garlic and salt. I'd do your own garlic press and then just add random seasonings until it tastes the way you want.

A roasted salsa is so Good. Take a regular salsa recipe and roast all of the ingredients on the grill.

Thanks, ud. I'll try something like that the next time. I actually ended up going with a peach salsa spread across bbq'ed chicken. Freshly picked peaches & tomatoes, green onion, cilantro, jalapenos, with EVOO, vinegar, lemon juice & honey. No cooking necessary, although I really like the idea of a roasted salsa. It was ridiculously good in any case.

Today's workout:

5 min warmup run
3-5 minute heavy bag workout
3x10 Bent-over Back Rows
3x10 Single arm curls (slow releases)
3x10 T-Bar Rows
3x10 Two-handed Empty Bench Curls (45 lbs)
3x10 Sitting Upright Rows
1 10-15 second pullup hold
1 5 second pullup hold (exhaustion)

then a 15 minute uphill walk.

Snack after workout:

-Special K protein bar
-Can of tuna
-Chocolate milk

Anyone know of a program that can show me a distribution of hand strength for a given range on a given flop?

ie. I assign a range, it spits out how often villain has TP, FD, sets, unders etc


Messing with StoxEV atm and it seems like it should have it, but not finding the right tool.
