Yeah this is easy to fix. Post in the HEM support thread and the support guy will copy-paste you the same answer he tells everyone when anything is wrong with HEM. After that, add 20 different exceptions into your firewall, uninstall your antivirus, uninstall your firewall, re-install HEM and your DB and when it still doesn't work you can re-post in the HEM support thread so he can copy paste you the same response.

Guess the days of Stars knowing what the f is going on are long since gone. Asked for a little equity back since I had to play BB in Zoom and didn't get to play other positions once table got "stuck", a problem they are "working on" and this is their response.

Regarding your comment about the Big Blind, I am honestly not entirely sure what you are trying to explain. Yes, you were unable to play in other positions than the big blind - and we are obviously very sorry about that - but this issue affected a lot of players. We cannot compensate everyone for 'lost equity' for games/hands that never took place. You might even have gotten KK on the button and ran into AA and lost your stack had the game gone on. Obviously a extreme example, but I'm just using it as an example to point out that we cannot add anything extra for the reason you site.

Stars has some serious issues at the moment. Not sure if i should start a new thread about this. I played some 500z like 3 days ago and after i left the tables the balance didn't got credited back to the available money in my cashier and was still shown as in play a few hours later. I contacted support about this and they told me I am one of the players that got this issue and their programmers try to fix it. When i logged in today something about my cashier was weird and i realized that money was gone. I contacted support again and they wrote back they still try to fix this and will credit my money back tomorrow. Just thought its worth sharing... if you had similar issues make sure to contact support and make sure you'll get your money back.
If anyone's interested in the Email's i could share them but they are in german.

is there any way of knowing if your balance is short without checking after each session? any freezing in game or something?

on another note it appears that tuti88 has been banned after coming in here and posting aggressively to the contrary when accused of being a bot (maybe i'm being cynical and he's joined analog on vacation)
