Not gonna happen though...

Hello,

I am a 100/200NL player and start this month with 100% 200NL. Next 6 months I have a lot of time and I want to work a lot on my game. Are there any players who like to talk about hands and poker strategy through skype? Or are there any skype groups?
Here a graph of my 100/200NL games so you know I am a winning player:P.

This is tilting.. You get punished for clicking a seat at the same time as another player.. The software must tell you that this seat has been taken already, but when I see villains avatar pop up, I know the seat has been taken... Just give me control of my cursor and let me ninja click as I wish... haha

The thing that is really starting to tee me off and might be a reason for stars to take action on scripters is when I try to join a table with 4 or 5 regs but there is a scripter with the seat clicked for 30 seconds, then another one insta clicks for 30 more seconds, and on and on. During prime time sometimes it takes me 5 minutes to join a 4 person reg table. That's pretty tilting when I already have 15 other tables going and now I'm diverting my attention to this one table just to try and sit.

pretty dumb system but i guess you gotta battle for the free table if you don't have the script so you don't have to worry about that. lucky for me you all suck too much at poker that i always get the free table.

HM 2 lags for me when mass tabling.

PT 4 has a problem with table starters.

How does HM 1 or PT 3 work with it all? How fast are updates and fixes coming out? Are they working with zoom? Any other trackers to consider? I don't care about all the fancy stats, that I anyways don't know how to use. I just want a simple product that works.

still using PT3
gets updated regularly and works perfect with zoom(a small bug with table starters tho i think and you have to "refresh" because seats are wrong at the beginning)

I did buy a new computer earlier this year. It did help a lot, but I still experience lag. Especially when mass tabling various sites. I use pop ups a lot, like hh viewer, note boxes, pop up stats. That is what is causing a lot of the lag. HM 1 and PT 4 works fine with out lag. No product is with out bugs. I am curious how often HM 1 is gets updated.

HEM 1 only gets updated if something major breaks, and even then the updates are very slow. It's pretty much unusable because of this.

Make sure you have HEM2 installed on an SSD for better performance, you could also try some of the tips listed here: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/gene...ce-issues.html

Thanks for the comments. I got SSD already with every thing super fast. It is over 10 times faster than the old computer. I would very much like the table starters bug to go away, because it is distracting restarting PT 4 every time table starters pop up.

Under the home tab try going to 'Database' and then 'maintenance' and click finetune postrgreSQL.

Also do regular maintenance on your database especially if you often purge hands and/or have a very big database. lastly you can check if postgreSQL is set to automatically log, cause this can cause gigantic text files that might be able to slow your system down. Unlikely but possible.

Also this is probably obvious and you did it, but HM2 and PostgreSQL have to be installed on the SSD.

stars monopoly is a bit annoying now. the rake argument in plo has been bashed to death and how they keep coming back saying its fine i dont know. the script thing is still the biggest joke. Fairest thing to do was suggested a while back, remove all waiting lists.

U know that removing all wl's will make scripts even stronger, ja?

Yep. Look at ongame.

The result of the player meetings is a complete joke. "Basically we aren't going to do jack **** about anything you guys care about."

Goodbye pokerstars.

Exactly what I was thinking.

A complete load of bs, rewording slightly different each paragraph after paragraph about how they understand each issue and will work on doing something in the coming year. No doubt they said the same at the end of last year too.

Seems like the whole "Rake is too high at PLO" debate didn't actually go as planned. Instead of acknowledging that it was too high they simply decided PLO rake was appropriate and it was too low in other places...

Lovely.
