If i interpret correctly, what non top 5% hands would you add to your 3bet steal range against this type of exploitable regs?
I'd assume hands with lower equity against steal range but with more f/e due to card removal, however the disadvantage there (like with Axoff) is that the postflop situations that still occur like 20% of the time are even worse for us.

Still, if this is what you meant, it might be a better approach then the one im taking.

What is the situation like with online poker in Czech Republic, someone ?
08-04-2013 , 10:44 PM
In Czech rep you can play pretty much on any poker site (def on all major sites), right now there are no regulations for poker players..

hi guys, is there anywhere that shows the countries you can and cannot play stars.com from?

Well, technically any form of online gambling is illegal here under a huge financial sanction. No one forces it though and I haven't heard of any player ever having problem playing online.

EDIT: Not any form, should have been any form of unregulated gambling, which in fact means it's illegal to play anywhere but on small Czech sites.

From what my local friends tell me, its super unlikely that the Cze government will ever crack down on something like poker...makes sense in a country where basically every vice/sin/etc is either legal or tolerated/unenforced

Everybody is too busy drinking beer

Hmmm there's a new thread in NVG about Pokerstars superusers and pre-determined tournament winners... if there's any element of truth at all to this then it's the end of poker for all of us I bet

Verry frustrating that snowie doesn t have a thread yet, they started their membership plan not long ago. I wish we could have a serious discusion about it and talk about all the potentials problems and solutions we could find against it, really want to know what stars think about it. Burying our head in the sand is clearly a bad short term solution and killing it in his infantry would be a great idea imo.

Btw guys are selling for almost 1k a year for a complete use at 0.5/1NL, they got great reputations and are going public on facebook and stuff haappy to give their names and positions in the compagny so i doubt this is a scam or the product is terrible.

Best case scenario the product is only half decent because they were in hurry to release it after spending soo many years on it feeling that they had to capitalized on the investment. But when i see guys like Aejones trowing a one liner such as "Smart people have told me this is fantastic" it s normal to have some concerns.

Can someone tell me why there is such a big concern over poker snowie?

There are so many variables involved in post flop play that no human can ever do a GTO approach for every single board texture combined with various hand strengths and opponent hand ranges and players left to act in real time.

If your going to use a laptopon the side or something so you can calculate it on the fly your going to end up playing 4-5 tables and handicapping your hourly. You would be better off playing exploitative with more tables for a better hourly

I have no knowledge about programming so have no idea how dificult this can be, but if there is any way to do this, a lot of people allready must be on the case.

Good to know the owners will be able to use the software "live" in game. Great news for everyone.
