So I contacted support and they said that they are very sorry but they can't find that hand number. Also they said that it writes that game was cancelled. I said ok, but the hand is played, it went to showdown and pot is mine. But no way, they are sorry.
After I told them I am gonna write this on 2p2 they said that they will make a reviev and let me know.

I tell her it kind of sucks i have to do that because no way my internet boots fast enough to not timeoutfold the hand, but dont really push the issue since this is the first time this has happened to me (and it should be neutral ev anyways, opponent should disconnect equally often). what completely surprises me is that not only does she admit the problem was in their end, she also grants me a 100usd compensitionary bonus without me even asking. i had just explained the issue without demanding anything. sure, i still lost equity in the DQ but i never expected to get them to admit it was their fault let alone receive any compensation. then she says "you probably saved money from the disconnection anyways
" (i was 100% stacking off ofc). idk if she sees our holecards but lol? 
I tried to ask her how so but she just says "by not putting any more money in ".
weeeird stuff but i think party handled it okay, definitely less tilted than i was going into the live chat so got to give them credit even though disconnects like that are pretty unfortunate.

Rehappened today but luckily it was at nl200..
I bet the flop and the table come back again still on the flop so I try to bet again and it still don't work. I then realized it was the bug so I resized the table to see that my second 'bet flop' was actually a raise turn which cost me 64$
A bit annoying when you play 18 tables

Quick shout out to any 100nl 200nl or any player that is constantly losing and wondering how to beat online poker...Iv decided to help those in need. I will be offering maybe 1 maybe 100 players improve there current game and share some of my secrets that i have used over the last 2 years to earn a living strictly from poker. If you currently lose at poker I gnt with my advice you will see a change for the better in your overall profits. Im not asking for anything in return. I have played 100nl 200nl 400nl some 600nl 1knl plo limit razz anything really. (not saying i was good at all these games and limits tho I have a long way to go myself as a poker pro and this is just 1 of the things that will further myself.
