+1 he grimmed me so many times. I have reported him 5+ times this month alone and he keeps doing it but yes you have to report every single time. I know they take action against things like this but it probably requires alot of complaints from alot of different people.
Often its very frustrating even reporting it because partys support is so unreal bad and alot of the time they dont even understand what you are saying. If you get someone that seems to have no clue just ask to be transfered to someone that knows game security and you usually get to talk with someone decent.

I will write to my vip manager about this scumbag now and hope others do the same because its just ridic how long he has gotten away with this.
