Can i merge notes from different skins to move to a new one?

Sure.
Notepad2 is your friend.
Just copy+paste.
And maybe delete multiple instances. (Dunno if it's necessary or not).

Is that shortstacking army controlled by a single person / computer? To me it seems they are all around at tables or none.

Suiciden0te is so wacky

hey guys just about to start to play on ongame again after a while.

thoughts on how legit "best poker" is?

People went crazy tonight at 5/10. I mean wtf guys like Loco199O, fisti and billgates filling tables and blocking that nobody can join.

Atleast I thought Loco was decent.

Can't understand such a behaviour. If you can't play at stakes you use to why not move down, go to school, get a job or do something else than ruin other people joy of playing cards. People sitting all night long at tables without playing, nice life I guess?

/frustration

That's true, but why blocking / sit outting at tables while you could do something else. Do people even have hobbies/friends etc?

This is kinda funny, alot of people says this but no one ever sits except Jimmy Churro (might be you I dont know). Some people you get to play if you sit down with them but NO ONE EVER sits with you.

Even though I am a legit fish HU I will sometimes try to start games by joining people, but beyond lack of skill there are still reasons not to. Many people who sit and wait won't start a game with everyone, so there's the risk of getting grimmed. Sadly it's also pretty much guaranteed a bunch of fools are going to sit in and block the seats at the table.

It's sad that game starters get punished, because they are doing something useful for the online poker economy, but until that changes you shouldn't be surprised that even good players who take the ethical high road don't usually start games.

It was painful to watch all the regs like Loco joining and sitting out. Or people taking grimming to the next level (3bet your first BTN, steal your BB and then leave). With this and the fact that you very likely will have the worst seat at the table (where all other regs wait in vulture style till a fish joins) it's just getting to a point where its not worth anymore to start tables, and I used to start a lot of tables and still do. And its frustrating as well which lessens the pleasure of playing and increases the chance to tilt. God thanks we still have people like Jimmy..

I start just enough games so that I don't hate myself. I really don't mind keeping games going and sit and play with 3-4 other regs all the time. Unfortunately that's not a stable configuration at Ongame. That game almost always fills or breaks within 2 orbits because of sitout regs, a donk, or the shared paranoia of getting stuck with the last BB.

I don't even have a full solution, although there is definitely more Ongame could be doing about the problem. I think they should introduce sit-out at one sit-out at all. And as much as it pains me to say it, they should probably make the 6 handed games play with only 6 seats. Finally, get rid of 3handed.

PS Jimmy, maybe you'd get more action if you weren't so good. >.<

Atleast for me, if I am not comfortable playing in some line up, I sit out and LEAVE. It is pretty clear for me that it hurts everyones bottom line if people is hanging around at the tables without playing.

I think it might be time to remove whole sit out button. Yes what if I have to go to toilet? Well then you take your brake and find tables again.

Slighty lighter option what has been mentioned is that once you sit out one you sit out all tables, but that doesn't remove guys like billgates...

What do you guys think? I wanna hear some opinions. Then we should really try to push some idea to ongame because I think this problem hurts games more than shortstackers (yes they are bitch too).

Yeah the grimming is annoying as hell, you kinda learn who will do that though, like Fisti and M0lotov (or w/e).

Not really surprised as much as sick of it.

Global sit out btn seems to be the best idea imo.
07-24-2012 , 06:36 AM
I don't see anything changing until ong is sold.

It's not as bad with the table camping lower down the stakes but the vulture mentality when a fish sits is still the same. Regs would rather open up 10 tables with 1 person sitting, then play an orbit or 2 of HU. The lobby looks awful to a fish with so many empty tables.
07-24-2012 , 06:57 AM
Either of
1) removing sitout-button altogether or
2) implementing a global sit-out-button
is fine.

The problem is how to:
a) get ******s running Ongame acknowledge the problem
b) get ******s running Ongame implement either of the two solutions

Removing sitout button completely is no good. People have to take breaks for a variety of stuff, toilet, door, phone. It can be for as short an interval as 30seconds at times.

Fish and regs alike won't want to lose their seats if they have to go pee.

Global sitout is the way forward imo.
