Good question. I have a hard time moving money around. I played on UB pretty regularly for 6 months back when I started, but they made it just impossible to clear bonuses at the micro levels and then I got rakeback on Tilt and never really went back. With no neteller like processor out there its too many hoops for me personally to jump through as I won't use my CC or bank account for deposits.

I played for 1 month before the poker world went crazy (UIGEA) and it was really LOL how much you could make from Bonuswhoring alone. In fact I have never used a dime of my own money. One of the reasons I started playing. If things ever do open back up, especially if US based sites are allowed, I think it could be really good for a while again. I don't expect the games to get easier, maybe a little, but the reload bonuses will probably be more available as those sites who pulled out of the US try to regain some of that market.

Speaking of which Mpethylawguy, what's your take on the IMEGA appeal that's coming up in a couple weeks?

Do you already have an FTP account?

If not, do not download FTP client. Search out a reputable Rakeback affiliate (I use Rakebreak and have had no problems w/them). Sign up with the affiliate and then download the client through there website and follow the affiliates instructions. Be sure to delete all your cookies before you do this.

depends whether you have an account or not. If you don't just sign up through an affiliate, you'll find more information in the rakeback forum, but the rate is flat anyway.

If you don't check out this thread : https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/51...counts-181213/

it took 2 month and a half for me.

Or make sure that your girlfriend/sister/mother/grandfather don't feel the urge of getting into online poker at full tilt dot com.

Re: ***Official 2009 Micro Stakes FR Full Tilt Regulars Thread***

ok, thanks. I don't have an account yet so I'll make one the way you guys said .

One more thing.
I'm moving from stars and I still have some fpp's there. I want to spend them on a book but I don't know which one to choose.
I'm currently playing 25NL and that would be my first book. Which would you recommend me?

Thx

haha I am so lucky regarding to rakeback.
I didn't even know what it was and I was playing FTP without it.
Then I got a mail from a company that wanted to give me rakeback and I almost said "No", because I didn't trust it

then Sammy explained to me on this forum what it is, and altho I was still kinda skeptic I dediced to take this suspecious deal

lol

Sup guys. So I dl'd Fools Tilts a couple weeks ago. I transferred $100 to grind up. I beat 25nl for a pretty sexy winrate at Stars.

I cannot beat 5nl on FT. True story. I think your site is rigged. I'm just saying...

So the first half is at Stars and then the 2nd half is at Full Tilt? Quite a difference.

If I had to pick one it would either be NL Theory and Practice or Professional No-limit Vol. 1. I think If I had to pick between the two it would PNL.

Hum, yeah, those are the ones I was thinking about. I think I'll read them both, but which one talks about the more basic things so that I can read it first?

What's My .02?

Thanks for the replies

I apologise if this has been covered extensively before, I searched but only found a partial answer. How does spending FTPs affect my rakeback, is their a formula somewhere? Does it differ if I spend them in FTStore or in FTPtournament?

For every FTP spent in the store $0.005 gets deducted from your MGR which costs you .27*$0.005 in RB.
Should be the same if you spent them for tournament entries.

Sorry, I have not been following it. IIRC, I read a post by skallagrim (PPA;s director of litigation support, a pretty bright guy who posts in legislation) in which he hinted he didn't like their chances very much.

Basically means, this is opinion, take it for what it cost you.

This sums it up better than I can

I just switched from PS to FT for rakeback playing 10nl while building my roll, but WTF@FT.
I'm sitting at only 5000 hands played and running 80 bleow ev, with so many sick suckouts that I can even fathom it. How the hell do you guys play at this **** hole site.
