its not my hand, didn't want to link to the thread, since I don't think OP deserves to be ridicule...but WOW this is bad...I mean...WOW.

I should have a new 50NL vid up, that I did the commentary aftwards. And there were a few hands, I was like
"we can play the turn fast, since he called our c/r then led into us..he wants to get stacks in lets get them in....and he folded, what the hell.."

Yeah, I come across this too. People just take the most bizarre lines. I seriously had someone with like a $32 stack in a 10NL game. I managed to get like $24 of it on PF, flop, and turn, but he folded his last $8 on the river.

Also, I had the ultimate suckout last night, the kinds that means I don't get to complain about bad beats for at least two weeks. Got all in on a K8x flop with K5 (shut up I had a read!) against 88. Turn 5 river K.

The magnitude of the mistakes preflop and donking the flop are so bad that in comparison I don't even mind calling the raise, lol.

I'm amazed at the folds people will make. Makes me think I'm either not folding enough, or not bluffing enough, or both.

I qualified for ironman (silver) for the first time ever. I used to grind PS more, but found that FT was better for my volume of play.

Maybe this is just a vanity thing, but I am opted in to have the chip show on my avatar at the table, but I don't see it on my screen. What gives?

speaking of suckouts,,, I actually had two last night. One at 100, one at 200. Bad read on one and was totally trapped in the other. Both times I had a pair and a FD.

Since I rarely get it in bad....what's the penalty for getting the river to cooperate twice within an hour?

I've been relaxing (if you want to call it that) playing some .05/.10 7 card stud.

Two days ago I saw someone hit a royal flush.

Yesterday in a single session, perhaps 3 hours of 4-8 players) I saw:
  • royal flush
  • 3 quads
  • at least 10 boats

OMG, it was like I was watching a James Bond movie or something where the villain makes a K high straight flush and Bond makes a royal on 7th.

I opened the session hitting a boat myself (dealt 3-o-kind) and then went card dead or got coolered. I can easily see how someone could think "OMG, online poker is rigged, just like they said on 60-Minutes".

Oh, and I made on other boat that session but was beat by a better boat on 7th street.

Welcome. I'm sure there are but they are not always the most vocal.

I just started playing on FTP. I borrowed some money and played a bit of 10NL and 2NL. I played these because I wasn't rolled for higher with what I borrowed and I wanted to see non-zero numbers appear in my rakeback account.

10NL and 2NL (and presumably 5NL) were full of incredibly bad players. They are mostly calling stations with a few maniacs sprinkled in.

If you don't have rakeback at FTP then either (a) get it or (b) move to PokerStars until you move up to 25NL.

Cheers,

obv key part of the hand was folding when the 's get there. A lesser player would have fallen in love with a TP hand and paid off.

Dec is just wow for me. I started first 80 hands -5 Bi`s. Literarelly lost every single 60-80% equity pot. Then took a lil break, and dropped another -5 in 600 hands, then played 6.5h session and grinded to -5BI overall. I felt sick when i went outside this morning. WTF is going on??
