US evening/night (that would be euro night/morning) is by far the best, then euro evenings. Worst is euro daytime (US are zzzzzzzzzzz or reading morning news paper).

Standard. Some people have claimed to get a bit more but think it is a different bonus. All the regs got the standard hundo.

it's not a different bonus. ftp is just giving a larger bonus to losing players and those who have been away from the felt for a while or those that dont (and never have) played that much. these bonuses are about incentives, not rewards.

I've played ~20k hands on FTP this year on my account and received $100, so I don't know if volume is much of a difference in the amount.
