so i was actually thinking about this the other day when i was loading up tables (sticking to standard tables with <4 shorties lately. feels most profitable even though it means i'm constantly cycling tables)

does anyone have a large enough sample at this point to really give any insight as to whether the ante tables are better/worse than the regular deeps, and compare them to the standard tables? i know the deeps are nice because they eliminate cycling tables to get away from shorts, but i feel like they play a little tougher, with enough of a difference that the standard tables are a better option as long as you're not sitting with a bunch of shorties.

i know this has been discussed many times before, but it's a topic that changes over time, so can't hurt to take a rough opinion of this particular slice in time.

not sure. i don't think i've ever gotten a survey before. i think the only random non-newsletter mails i get from them are, "hey, you haven't played in like 8 months, here's a bonus if you start playing again"

as always, check the email header to make sure it's actually from FT before you fill out anything identifying ;-)

I think it's Tuesday through Monday and get paid on the Friday following the Monday.

I just did the survey, it was about the new lobby / software mostly and a bit about promotions.

However in any field where they asked for my opinion, it didn't matter if they were asking about security or features, I wrote "Do something about the short stack problem"

Thanks DDAWD ...

I did not have that much RB .. a former ipoker bonus chasing / juicy deals player was bound to get the hump at the FTP RB rates

Confirm.

Got a BI of RB today, not bad. Next week is going to suck. I haven't played a single hand during the current RB period. Probably +EV not to play given how I've been running.

i havent run any filters or anything (dont even know if that is possible since hem doesnt necessarily identify ante tables, it just does something weird with the blinds in the replayer)

but in general they look a bit softer than regular deep
theres gonna be more money in the pot preflop, by definition, so SPRs are a little lower which i guess u could say make its easier to stack off with big hands ?
i find they attract fish more than regular deep tables do

No, it was my suggested solution to the "short stack problem" mentioned above.

Just done a calculation of my RB for the last 2 weeks ...all at $25nl

16841 hands and got back $55.02 ... my MGR was 232.71 which equates to something like 23.5% ..

hmmm i had nearly had that much RB / bonus playing $20nl on ipoker for 2.8k hands ..

Wait, wat?

If your MGR was 232.71, your rakeback should have been $62.81? Did you withdraw or something?
