If you put the volume prop bet back until December im down. Id like it to be for me to play 120k (normal month is 100k) and we can set a line that the others are comfortable with and willing to do it for whatever amount you guys want.

Re: ***Official 2009 Micro Stakes FR Full Tilt Regulars Thread***

ever have one of those days where you hit your hands relentlessly? can make decent calls and better folds? pot control is in your favor and you have the initiative in hands??? well, i didn't in the fiddy today!!!

but dropped to the quarters and got it all back plus some - IN HALF THE HANDS!!! ran 4ptbb... maybe i need to drop down and stay there for awhile and come back to fiddy with a new and better attitude.

pardon my ignorance, but i'm guessing standard volume bet - you set a number and if both people fail or go over it's a wash.
75K is okay with me... although I want to be fair and say that this almost a lock for me.

I was thinking that we could get a few people together... everyone puts up $100 and the people who make the hand count (with a positive bb/100) would split the money of the people who didn't make it. Pretty simple, escrow if necessary (I trust most of the regular posters here), hand counts verified by whatever method people are comfortable with.

Should I/Can I start a thread in the main forum?

Also... I will be playing 50NL and 100NL... I don't know what you guys are playing.

El Nino... December prop for 120K+ would be great... this is the month that I will be pushing for 150K... so I could use the encouragement. I'll try to remember this towards the end of November.

Guys, please tell me I wasn't blind and spewed YASTAF (Yet Another Stack To A Fish)?

The table was *very* loose, lots of crazy play. BB is tightier but I only have 13 hands on her (15/15). Preflop makes me think she has a hand like TT+, AQ+. I call because her raise because there's already lots of dead money in the pot, and there are already 2 other fishes in the pot which I know will call with any random hand.

Full Tilt Poker $0.02/$0.05 No Limit Hold'em $0.01 Ante - 9 players
The Official 2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked.com

UTG+2: $10.00
MP1: $9.53
MP2: $6.53
CO: $19.51
BTN: $10.00
SB: $5.44
BB: $4.26
Hero (UTG): $9.12
UTG+1: $8.45

Pre Flop: ($0.16) Hero is UTG with Q K
Hero raises to $0.15, 2 folds, MP1 calls $0.15, 1 fold, CO calls $0.15, 1 fold, SB calls $0.13, BB raises to $0.25, Hero calls $0.10, MP1 calls $0.10, CO calls $0.10, SB calls $0.10

Flop: ($1.34) 6 6 K (5 players)
SB checks, BB bets $0.50, Hero raises to $1.55, MP1 folds, CO folds, SB folds, BB calls $1.05

Turn: ($4.44) 8 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

River: ($4.44) T (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $2.50, BB calls $2.45 all in

My story was: she raises pre with a good pair, bets small because of the K, turn is horrible for her pair so she checks; on the river, I think I am good since she checked the turn and only check called the flop. I mean, lots of players would play QQ like this, right?

PLaying KQ from UTG in NL5 does´t seem like a good idea to me in the first place. But then again i´m tight as hell in NL5 and multi tabling trying to get my roll up.

Re: ***Official 2009 Micro Stakes FR Full Tilt Regulars Thread***

anyone know xxxlolsillyxxxgoosexxx I was playing at the quarter last night and he sat at my table and complained to some fish that he didn't like me.

I only have 1 hand against him where he min raised my button open and I called with 99 and he cbet half pot on a Ace flop so I flatted cuz his cbet was super weak imo. Then he bets 3 into 8 on the turn and I 3b him and he folds.

Then he made a comment for me to go back to the forums or something.

Yeah I generally open KQs from mp1. Opening it utg in a loose table doesn't seem a good idea

Re: ***Official 2009 Micro Stakes FR Full Tilt Regulars Thread***

you could also do a prop where each sets their own goal. 2 people choose 75k 2 people choose 100k.
everyone puts up a set amount of $. if u fail at your goal u lose prop as normal.

that way there is more money in the pot and more people can join

I find I can get a higher hourly at the quarter. Then I mix in a couple of juicy fiddy tables.

dropped down to open up more hands from MP/LP and see how it went. went okay. after a month+ of fiddy, going back to 25nl seemed dirty to me... the pot sizes didn't seem to register with me... i wonder if El Nino will find the same to be true if he comes back to 50nl after his stint in 100nl???

Why would you want to fold KQs from UTG against bad players? The hand has high card value and can cooler a lot of calling hands. Especially against bad players who like to call with dominated Ks.

I find I'm alot more aggressive and I don't care about the money when I play quarters. I 3 bang alot more and my red line goes up because I don't care about the money. Fish also stack off alot lighter obviously.

+1

so why not carry that to fiddy??? i'd think players who drop to 50nl from 100 or 200nl feel the same way... perception i guess...
