You can streamline the process a little bit with the Mouse settings if you use Vista. Control Panel --> Mouse --> Pointer Options --> [x] Automatically move pointer to the default button in a dialog box.
With that selected, you will have to manually accept a seat from the wait list pop-up, but it should seat you automatically (does for me at least, might be a different reason why) and snap your mouse to the OK button for the buy in pop-up. After you click that, it's a quick trip over to Auto Post Blinds and you can get back to your other tables.
This will also apply to some other programs, and after you get used to the mouse moving itself, I find it's quite convenient.
