They lessen the amount of money you can win, there are always 2 or 3 who understand folding equity which makes some hands harder (well, more risky) to play, etc.
I agree they can be easy money as well, but it's not as if shortstackers have a choice of sitting with fullstackers, every table is damn ridden with shortstackers! If they could sit with enouhg fullstackers, so could the fullstackers themselves :P
They are just damn annoying... Getting their stack always makes up for it though.
