Wow! This may take it for the worst played hand by a villain ever. Even granting him his turn min raise to 6 and pf call as only semi-bad, WTF was his $3 raise to $12.92? A bluff? A value bet?

Top o' the buddy list for this very special person.

Just got rakeback activated for my FT account, Going to be spewing all over the NL25 tables most sundays for many hours.

Any suggestions on a tableninja-like solution for FTP?

Joop, have you ever played both sites simultaneously? I know NotOnTilt is a 40-tabling maniac, do you think if i programmed both TN and TNFTP with the same commands that I could do a 40 table stack?

That'd be a whole lotta NL25 donking

Re: ***Official 2009 Micro Stakes FR Full Tilt Regulars Thread***

as for the flop fold of the AA is all i can say these two were goofballs and on my list... if i were HU i'd have played differently. as it was with the two of them in the hand and me in the middle, i felt this board connected in many ways with one or both of them, sets, 2 pr hands, etc... certainly it is a tight-nitty-assed fold for sure, but with the board and the types of players they were, who would only flat preflop then get active on this flop told me i was in a race or behind at the time. i can go back over the past week of sessions and pull out similar AA hands (that i've reviewed) and see where i've stacked off at least 5 BI's needlessly with the OMGitsACES!!!!SHIPIT!!! attitude.

my goals at fiddy are to get through it as quickly as possible and grind hard at 100NL. if it weren't for the overpair stackings, i'd be more than halfway there.

maybe it's a bad fold mathematically, but it's what my gut told me and i've lost count of the times i felt behind when i shipped it in - then lost anyway.

does PSC still auto check the blind box after you've unchecked it? that was pissing me off when i wanted to leave on my blinds, uncheck'em, then PSC would auto-pay them when they came around...

yes, and what's worse, the attitude of all the FTP regs here is "play the deeps"

so what happens is when we all "play the deeps" we're just butting heads with each other. playing the shorts sucks, but i'd rather do that than know i'm up against all you guys all the time. i'm just trying to adjust my play to the shorties...

then the deep tables become the predominate table in the lobby not the shallows, and the casual players will be playing on deeps not shalows.

Besides the fallacy that 2p2ers are homogeneously good at poker, you're missing the entire effect of what would happen if everyone played the deep tables. Fish just join whatever table they find open first. If there were 27 deep tables running and 9 shallows full of korean shorties, you'll have 3/4 of the fish on deep tables.

EN09 : I was not calling you a nit because you didn't call the shove but the fold right away on the flop seems a bit extreme to me. Villain's donking range is pretty wide and you're most likely ahead imo and Villain 2 has also a wide range so you're probably ahead of his range also. Even though your relative position is poor, I can't just fold the nut ovp to any donk from a fish. Once Villain 2 shove and Villain 1 calls, it's an easy fold.

no sweat Sb! i can honestly say this is the very first time i've EVER mucked AA like that... the AK hand i posted above was similar as there was no way i felt TPTK was going to stand up to the end but i bet it anyhow - as i should have - and was trapped for $5+ more. we've been on the same tables a few times Sb, and i enjoy playing against better players (meaning you, btw!)

in reality i am a nit tho and am working on opening up more from the HJ in and go back and watch Splits SLag vid on stox about every other day or so to keep me in a good frame of mind to play. all advice is appreciated and welcomed too!

Not som much over lap. Generally, the author STRONGLY suggests a pile of each is OK, but not to mix FTP and Stars tables in a cascade. My experiments suggest that you can have overlap as long as your player (assume ALWAYS lower center seat#5) box is visible. In other words, a Stars table can be over lapping a FTP tables on left/right/top and bottom,,,,,,so long as the FTP player box is visible.

I found it easier just to cascade Stars on the left, FTP on the right.

This does not work with PokerShortcuts. You have to setup a toggle on the Action1 page. And THIS works perfectly. As an example, my toggle is F1. So if I have an active table, by double clicking F1, I will (ALWAYS WITHOUT FAIL) sit out when my next BB comes around. I realy don't understand why people don't get this.....except that it IS different from the way FTShortcuts (old pgm) used to work.

As a side note..... I really can't recommend PSC except in the short term. It works OK (not perfect) now, but support will not be there in the future. I think with the next FTP update, I will be forced to switch to TableNinjaFT
