Yeah... I have only had it about a month now but I like it a lot so far. Already watched all of splits and I'm working on some Ed Miller stuff now. I'm sure it will be well worth the price haha.

man, can I get my money back from HEM?

For some reason my HUD just doesn't want to work anymore

maybe it has something to do with my windows update, anyway, I am almost on life tilt

Have you emailed them or posted on the HEM forums? Maybe someone out there has had this problem too.

need FTP guys advice~

Mostly i am a regular on FTP NL50 i play almost 3-4k perdays

monthly 100k on FTP,
do u think i switch to PS will get a better reward or stay on FTP?

Coz i found that sometimes is very hard to do table selection on FTP since i am playing 16 TABLE ~
02-26-2009 , 08:52 AM
better tables at PS, thats true but also depends on the hours you play
For me if I play 6 o clock in the morning, I hit the juicy hours in america because there it's 12 at night,
I play some more at night so I also hit european time
between that I am looking at my screen doing nothing

I got rakeback at FTP, not playing enough tables to hit SN on PS

Same happened to me last week. Emailed support and got told I needed an update to fix the problem.

Well, I am getting techinal support trough teamviewer, so that's pretty nice service imo

No one here playes 10nl eh? Makes sense.

Trip report: Players at10 nl are better than I expected. I was pretty impressed actually. Way better than 5nl, where maybe 3 people at a table would adjust to my antics, at 10nl almost everyone did and the ones who didn't were the exception not the rule. Ran 40/35, down 1 bi. I'm such a tool... I'm running a cLAG game and making $, but I always eventually screw up and stack off in the wrong spot. Strange as it sounds, I'm going to need better discipline to play this wide.

Unless you can earn enough FPP to get SN, FT w/ Ironman is the better place to play. RB would be better still.

if you go fast, I am still at 25nl for a month or so

Playing 100k hands a month at 25nl will get you SN. However it will take you most of the year to get there. If you don't plan on moving up and staying at 25nl, then your probably better off playing at FT unless you can plan for the long term.

Your going to get slightly more on FT until you earn SN, which will probably be 8 months at 25nl 100k hands / month.

This makes sense. You don't need as much dicipline when you're only playing the top 15% - 20% of hands because of the inherent equity advantage you have when you enter any pot.

cLAG is that "Crazy" LAG, lol. I'm surprised you see players making much of an adjustment to you at NL10. At NL25 noone really adjusts we there is an aggro at the table. RakeBack pros imo. How many tables are you playing?

I might have made it up, but that's what it stood for in my mind.

Well, they were trying anyway. At 5nl people just kept folding. Maybe it was the tables I was on, but after a couple orbits there was a lot of three and four betting going on.

No HH because I'm at work:

Two EP limpers I pop to $0.55 with KK (woot!) from hijcak. Player directly on my left, who is 5/3 after ~100 hands, flatcalls. Everyone else folds.

Flop: 542 rainbow

I do like 1.05 and get minraised. 5/3? I've got him on QQ+ and ready to stackoff against the idiot, so I shove ~$15.

I expected the snapcall. I did not expect him to turn up A3s.

Yeah, I'm on this "try something different" kick. If I can get something going at 10nl I'll definitely give it a shot at 25 against the mass-tablers.

Four. I tried six for a bit, but I'm just feelin' my way back and that was a little hectic, so I dropped back to four.

What do you guys buy with your FTP points? Is it worth it to save up for an ipod touch or something?

2nd page? get with it!
02-26-2009 , 06:11 PM
Every time I decide what to save up for they pull it from the store.
02-26-2009 , 06:16 PM
I don't do it anymore, I hate to be without rakeback

FTP recently informed me, after screwing up my order twice, that my 46" TV will arrive at my house on March 6.

I have played on FT full time since October 2006 (I deposited in August of '06). In that time I used FT points to buy two ball caps, two pool cues (I actually meant to buy one and misclicked and they wouldn't fix it) and the TV. So the TV represents about two years' worth of saving points.

I have earned 40k points since buying the TV, but I don't know what I am saving up for. I kind of like the poker table, but a. I have no irl friends and b. I really don't have room for it in my house. So I dunno, maybe I am saving up for the mini cooper (lol, that'd take like 8 years at this pace). Nothing else really appeals to me. But I just realized that if I saved up for the car and got it, I'd basically never get rakeback again, lol. I guess that would be the time to move to stars, huh?

I've heard of people saving up points for the iPods and then selling them on E-Bay and making a tidy profit.
02-26-2009 , 06:42 PM
So if i buy something i don't get rakeback?
02-26-2009 , 06:43 PM
Fingers crossed the TV shows up this time.

I suppose I could blow my points on lots of little things, iPods and whatnot. But I'll just keep saving them and saving them and one day hopefully something sweet shows up in the store.

Or they don't pull the 30" before I get there.
02-26-2009 , 06:47 PM
I missed rakeback for a week or 2, and that kinda sucks
