If you sign up with an affiliate before opening an account you can use any affiliate you want.

If you open an account without an affiliate, you are stuck without RB until you get on the list for RB and wait for a response. All these people have the same affiliate. I don't remember the name.

I have a question for you FR regs ...

Why do you play FR and not 6 max ?

faced with less aggression ? .. can play more tables ? less variance ?

I ask this question because i only used to play 6 max .. was then drawn to FR ... hated it .. went back to 6 max ... hated it .. went back to FR ..

rinse and repeat for longer than i care to admit

Now im not sure what i want to play .. although i feel more comfortable at FR lately.

People don't call me down as light in FR as they do in 6-max...

Haha! I took a little 6max vacation last month.

I'm so used to getting AK in preflop in FR and being crushed by AA or KK.

It was a nice break to get AK in and be good. On the flop. Unimproved. Twice.

You can def play more tables even there are some people out there who can play a bunch of sh-tables, too. Variance is of course a lot lower which is the mean reason in this days to play still FR IMO. And you can do pretty easy bonus whoring.

Play whereever you thing have the bigger edge at the moment and work hard on your game. Everything else will come over the longrun.

I play FR because I kinda jumped into a coaching/staking deal for FR. I was a 6max player... I haven't looked back though, and I'm not sure why... but I can't complain, I'm having a good amount of success in the last few months.

send FTP an email and wait... that's generally the strat if you alread are playing there...

on another note... going to "officially" take my frist shot at da fiddy my next session!

played 500 hands today in some god forsaken hotel room in montana waiting for my train to head back home, and picked up enough to crack the magical 1k BR! have 30 minutes before i head home so gonna sweat some fiddy tables to see how they look...

Jos, I initially started playing FR LHE because I wanted to play live and online, and I figured I could play both if I learned FR. When I switched to NL I kept playing FR.

Send an email to support@rakebackpros.com with your full tilt user name. I just got confirmed today.

Now just to get full tilt some address verification. They didn't like my first one.

Sweat while actually playing imo. Just drop the # of tables a bit, and don't do anything you wouldn't do at 25.

It's not a bad thing You get to play some more actual poker.

It's just not as good of a thing as playing the opposites

Hehe yea Kurt it's going alright. Up 18 BI.. got NL100 running through the back of my mind

hows things at nl25?

@ Jos

Less swingy for me. I used to play 6max before I started with FR, I played 6MAX nl and fl, but on FTP I only ever played NLFR as I decided the swings would drive me insane eventually.. they have a nice setup to multitable so it's not as boring as I always dreaded coming into FR. I can kind of "autoplay" more as well and just relax my brain a little hehe.

Ok, when you start banging your fists at the wall, it's a good idea to stop playing and not try to chase losses. I learnt that the hard way...

Down 800$ after 30 minutes.

Back to good o'le 100NL and rebuild.

Re: ***Official 2009 Micro Stakes FR Full Tilt Regulars Thread***

Its funny how you adapt to aggression in 6 max .. and then you return to FR ..

Initially .. you keep playing the same kinda style and run at 20/18 for 2k hands or so ... and then .

The FR pace kicks and without realising it .. your down to 18/15 ... you look after another 2k hands .. and its down to 15/12 ..

Must break this habit .. and try and open up more again ..

Must admit .. im loving the custom layout options .. ive saved layouts for 8, 10, 12 and 16 tables ..

although i lose all control at 16 tables ..i think 10 or 12 will be my max .

This is really no offence. But is 23/20 really a praticable (i.e. +EV) style?

It's definitly +EV style if you can play it. I crushed 50NL for 12 bb/100 over pritty large sample and 100NL for just a little over 6bb/100. But I dunno, maybe it gets harder at 200+ where people actually adjust.

I wouldn't recommend 23/20, but our swedish friend is a professional spew monkey. If you are good at hand reading, applying pressure and using position then playing a lot of hands makes sense.

Most of us (me included), need card strength to make up for some deficiencies in our game.

Imfromsweden: What was your sample size at 50 and 100? Just curious.

so far at NL100, I am finding it my "sweet stake". Its like my natural style is made for it, but I run 16/14 so I am a big nit compared to you.

If you're IFS it is!

I've had success at 25 with a style like that, but as I move up, like Jos says, each time I check my stats they are getting tighter and tighter.
