Money gets fed up in stakes. We need people to take shots, spew, move back down, rebuild and do it again. Thx for helping

J/k. But seriously. If you have been winning at 25 you can beat 50. Just don't try to change much in your game as you move up.

If you're withdrawing, then you're playinig at your normal stakes, and that's cool. Stay with whatever bankroll makes you comfortable. My point is that you don't need 50BI to move up through the micros.

For myself, my goal is to eventually play 400NL. Since the games will be much tougher, and my main focus at that point will be to generate income, 40-50BI will be my expected minimum for playing those stakes. But I just don't feel it's necessary to have that kind of BR for micros when you can easily drop back down to a level you beat and rebuild.

Would be fun to rail IFS vs Joopjan in a HU battle. Or would you both nit it up b/c you know the other one 3 and 4bets light? Maybe you start 5bet shoving light, epic!

Ok let us do something, we are a lot of 50NL regulars to read this forum. Whenever a table turns bad because of shorties, i.e 4+, just sit out and do not leave the table. Put it on your other screen, minimize it, do whatever you want but do not leave. Let them lose their stupid money to the rake.

You know what would work better than that,

If you could get all the half stack/full stack regs to SS for a month and mass-table. Not only that, but also mass join all the waiting lists even though you are already sitting at 16 tables.

What's up with your table selection people. NL50 at FTP is easy as cake...
I see SOOO many regs with like terrible table selection. Hanging onto tables with 14-15 vpip. Even see some posters in this thread who are sitting at nit tables when theres PLENTY of fish on other tables.

ALthough I should not complain, let me play the fish and you can battle eachother for pride and glory (I Trade mine for money!)

this brings up the question other threads have been dealing with about short stacks, why not play D'S tables or just start them? I've been using the table scanner in HEM to filter out tables with 2 or less shorties, and when a table begins to go bad, i jump to another table/list. i auto-scan every 15min.

This has been my table-selection MO for a while now - play every deep table running, and start as many as possible.

Sub-optimal, sure. But at least I don't have to deal with shortstacks.

I don't feel included, as I am the biggest bumhunter @ FTP

I can't sit at the normal tables as even if you find a good one, it wont be long until it is infested with SS'ers. Ed Miller has a lot to answer for......

Starting deep tables used to be easier. Since they added the icon it can take forever to get them going. Although that is probably not the same for people who play during peak hours.

Anyway, you are doing it wrong if you think you can only make money at these tables by "coolering" tight players.

tables have been really juicy this month, lots of fish through NL25-NL200 (yes I play a lot of different limits..I have issues, but I am cool with them).

You make it sound like playing against Vpip of 14 a bad thing....think sexy red line.

Hi Full Tilt folks!

I play 2nl and I'm slightly above break even over 12k hands. I noticed I paid quite a large amount of rake and I was wondering whether I can get rakeback while participating in the regular bonuses (like take2) etc? I once saw a post saying something about people who get rakeback at FT don't get bonuses. True?

Thats def not true. True is that if you clear a bonus it is deducted from your rb (not sure about the ratio).

BTW I like this take2 promo these days when I am not able to make some money of the freaking quarter...

We need a sticky on how to get RB on FTP.

Any volunteers?

(My only suggestion is to not mention any affiliates by name other than the one for after-the-fact RB, or else you may face the banhammaer (or delete hammer probably actually).)
09-10-2009 , 02:09 PM
Thanks for the reply. So I just sent them a mail and complain about how I've played play money there for a gazillion years and whine about other folks getting RB? Will they give rb to a 2nl player?

When does the event start today?
09-10-2009 , 02:17 PM
