I mean, it's TPNK. If you're not 2-barreling, c/f looks like the best line to me. I'm not sure people play back at these limits either (I play a lot lower than you).

But at least your line has a logic: you call the turn since you have the best hand, so you have to call the river since it's very probable that the card didn't change the hand strengths.
