Re: ***Official 2009 Micro Stakes FR Full Tilt Regulars Thread***

Sometimes I wish I could get rid of the "pot" button on FT, seriously.

Being that I have not played in a while, it's just too easy to hit that button over and over again.
Raise pre- Bet Pot
Flop TP or better - Bet Pot.

I know I have LOST a ton of value because i'm mindlessly hitting that stupid bet pot button when I raise pre and flop a set.

I NEED to work on this aspect of my game immediately.

Though, it does make it easier to get away with marginal holdings against opponents who only hit that stupid button as well!

That is all, frustration over

Betting Potsized ain't bet preflop, just make sure you leech extra value from F/T/River

Drop down a level and crush games, regain confidence, move up and crush games for 100k hands and brag about it to everyone who complains about running bad or breaking even!

GO!

Datakid, it feels so good to run hot.

It feel like you are a poker god, like you are better than everyone at the table, like you could crush high-stakes if only you had the bankroll. It feels like the money just keeps piling up in your account. If feels like 6 hot girls vying for you attention at a party. It feels like you are a decent and good person who gets what they deserve. It feels like filling your lungs with fresh air. It feels like you are unstoppable, destined for great things. It feels like God created poker just for you. It feels like you are smart, and motivated, and loved by all the world.

Has anyone noticed that the higher your VPIP from the BTN is, the higher you winrate is (from the BTN ldo),

EXCEPT when you reach a certain limit where you play too many hands and start losing money from the BTN.

I've crossed this line many, many times.

Where's the holy limit you think? For me, it's around 33% VPIP.

I dunno yet, i'm a horrible nit and I am trying to get myself to have a much higher VPIP on the button and cutoff so that I am less of a nit.

My first 10k hands as a LAG the button was my LEAST profitable position. Obv taking it a little too far.

Re: ***Official 2009 Micro Stakes FR Full Tilt Regulars Thread***

one other hypothetical question.

Say I play enough to qualify for Gold 7 straight months (now getting 125 medals per month). The next month I up my plan and I hit Iron.

Would I reset my "months" and earn 100 for the first month at Iron, or would I be earning for the 8th month (seeing as how I have earned gold or better for 8 straight months)?

i don't see a clear explanation on how that works, thanks.

But where's the limit where the winrate instead of keeps rising, suddenly drops? At what VPIP?

This month 75% of my winnings were from the BTN.

I can play again, praise the lord!!!

No lag, no missing buttons or cards on XP over a 200 hand try. Had to do some major ****ing tweaking to be able to play again.

FTP and HEM running on XP inside Win 7, connected to HEM db on Win 7.

Re: ***Official 2009 Micro Stakes FR Full Tilt Regulars Thread***

does anyone else feel like people are ***** with them at 25nl? i've only played a few thousand hands, but i am getting 3bet pf / getting my cbets 3bet what feels like 50% of the time.

right now i'm assuming it's variance cause it's 25nl ldo, so i'm not adjusting..
