Assuming you have RB to start, each FTP is worth $0.00135 ($1.35 per 1k). If you buy something in the FTP store or use them for tournament entries, you are foregoing $1.35 in RB for each 1k FTP used.

Yeah, I now have enough points that I could have gotten the 50" pretty quickly. I actually didn't place my 3rd order for the 46", FT did it for me automatically when they saw my post in the zoo about how they were screwing it up. So I e-mailed them and said, I don't want the 46", I want the 50" two weeks from now. And they waited 3 days, then told me, oops, sorry, we already shipped it 2 days ago.

Yes and no. What they do is mutiply the number of points you spent by .005 and deduct that from your MGR. So for example: our friend and moderator mpethybridge just spent 365000 points to get a TV. Tilt then deducted $1825 from his MGR. This effectively cost him $492.75 in rakeback. Not bad for a $1700.00 TV. Once he earns enough MGR to cover the $1825 deduction he will then get his Rakeback again as normal.

It truly is an artform to suck that badly.

FTP tourneys make the most since if you have ANY skill at tourneys (there pretty soft).

I been buying stuff like shirts, an IHome, Canon rebel..not sure what I am going to do next..

It's too bad to hear that their service is so bad and that the decks seem pretty cold. I'm halfway on that band wagon, losing 4 set over sets in the first 8k hands i've played there. The games seem pretty soft and rakeback is delicious. Thanks for explaining the rakeback thing. So I can save up and get the ipod touch for 71.55 of rakeback? (53,000 ftp points at $1.35 per 1k points = 53*1.35) Sweet! Only 47k more to go, lol.

Your going to get slightly more on FT until you earn SN, which will probably be 8 months at 25nl 100k hands / month.
i am on NL50 ~

just wan to know if i can Reach SN how much different at PS and FTP ?

Playing 2nl is pretty much a confidence booster, 8bis in 5 minutes

That's still short-stackers money, I love short-stackers money

I think I'm down like 30BIs lifetime at 2nl. I suck at it.

you have to play it like it's a homegame,

betting 2c in a pot of 30c, and when you hit the flush just bet pot

I had a hand where I flopped a set of kings on a hyper drawy board,

I bet 2c, I get a call, (obv. I limped with my kings to be tricky)
turn brings the flush, I bet 4c, he raises to 8, I call
river pairs the board, I push all in,
he tanks and calls

But i must say, players adept pretty good, I was playing 100vpip and I got called down by this guy with 66s on a 10QK39 board haha
I had nothing obv.

We...ahem....just hooked up our 50". Two and a half years of micro "grinding". Last coupla thousand points were converted IronMan points. Paid a pro to do the mounting and new Pioneer receiver hookup....plus a few in wall speakers all over the friggin place. Also have the Logitech Harmony 1000 remote that DOES EVERYTHING with a touch screen. Wanna watcha bluRay? The remote powers up the TV, receiver, and bluRay with one touch.

Matt, I ordered the smaller unit, but cancelled three days later when I had the IM points light bulb go off. No problem with support. Took less than 30 days for delivery.

The 8 handed games are a gold mine. For some reason all the fish are attracted to them and they are incredibly soft.

Sounds very nice King. Since I really don't need to do cash outs, I figure it may be the first tangible thing the family sees from all the time I half listen to them 'cause I've got 12 tables going.

I guess we've established that they just hate mpethy for some reason. 'Fess up. What did you DO to them man?

I thought your problems were sovled when they did the team viewer support thing.]

Well, then I got other problems with HEM.
Now my hud shows on two tables and the rest of the tables I don't get a HUD, and the hud on the two tables doesn't update

HEM support is lost too. They mailed me 10 hours ago that they will contact me later to fix the problem and I am still waiting

So I hope they will contact me soon because I want to grind.
