I've heard about those epic downswings that even the best players have. I usually just dismiss that because in 450k hands, I have never experienced anything close to it. Well, now I have.

ill keep getting the 200pts a day for ironman. too much value for me to give that up. ill probably move the rest of my action to stars. try to hit the 300-400k vpp mark. i had hoped Full Tilt would have added that promotion FTDoug mentioned a while back. i guess that is still months away (if ever?).

Split revealed an HEM custom report to get FR positional stats in his last Stox vid: (Not certain why UTG stats are 50% though... Split, does UTG stats do this with you???)



Incidentally, after running bad (-5 BI below EV) and playing bad at 50nl I dropped to 25nl for a confidence booster. Then watched his vid FR LAG Adjustment and found me some run g00t! I'm by no means a LAG, but it refreshed me and got me back on track. Played 3k hands after viewing the vid. Redline "might" be a bit lag-induced!

surprisingly games are super stupid soft today. i just had a 17 buyin session at 50nl fr... people just throwing there money away, maybe lots of fish play around new years?

I have a pretty meh day so far. Down 2,5BI cause I can hit nothing / nothing held up until river. Will start another session in about 1,5 hours hopping variance will be on my side again

10NL is rigged, ran into a couple of sets in 3bet pots, KK<AA and lost all flips against SS.

Also tried to punish limpers from the blinds a lot, don't do it. It is not working at these stakes imo.

3betting steals is a lot harder down here than at 25 or 50 imo, people defend their steals like the world is going to end tomorrow

First stake where the SS seem to get better, but they still didn't adjust to me running super loose in the CO and BTN.

Getting paid off more easily doesn't seem to work either with big hands. Opponents seem to just play their own cards and not take into affect how you are running.

Still think a LAG style would work at 10NL maybe just not 30/26, just play less from the blinds and EP, but opening up in CO and BTN seems profitable.
