Pro-rated, yes. MGR hit, no.

Aren't you getting the year end bonus in $10 increments?

And I'm pretty sure it affects MGR. I even had some negative MGR on days I got a $10 bonus.

Wow that's hilarious. I had no idea.

They might have changed it, I was on Stars for the one in July, but it used to be released all at once when you cleared it or pro-rated at the end of the month, not in increments like normal bonuses. And it also used to not affect MGR, again unlike normal bonuses.

Be sure to warn him of swings and that he'll need a big roll to cover occassional bad luck streaks
I'm not going to help the guy. I just can't do it without going on life tilt. He tries arguing with me for ten minutes that if he is going to play poker online for money he wants a backup internet connection, a UPS device, and a second computer ("probably a laptop"), before he plays for money. He doesnt understand how I don't have any of those things, and I tell him its not an issue. Its not even an issue that players discuss.

He goes on and on about it. I tell him to drop it so we can discuss issues worth discussing. He relents, and I'm writing him off as a lost cause.

Am I just a ****** when I think a fish (for example 30/7) who bet pot on the river is more likley to bluff then to value bet

depends on reads and previous shown aggression. And some on the board and how the hand went.

Edit: uNL HU Final table under way, score is 1-1 and the decider has just started.

Yea, I can not get the HH now but action was like that:

Villain limps UTG+1, MP raises and I 3bet AKo in HJ. Villain calls. Pot is $8.

Flop is K:h: x Q:h:. Villain c/c my $6 cbet. Pot is ~$20.

Turn is 9:h: and we both checked.

River is A:d:. Villain bets pot (he has a bit over I think) and I have $16.

Like I said villain is 30/7 over ~130 hands no special reads but seems to be aggresive.

meh, ****ty board.

Obv flush, think he was planning on c/r the turn.

You are getting pretty good odds to call

Yeah and I still feel pretty lost in such spots.

I mean only flush I see which bombs the river like that here is ace-high. But with two aces gone how big is the probability he has A x?

And here is although the JT theorem possible.

He is a fish so he have prolly no clue about bet sizing but why should he bet so big with a big hand that I fold here nearly everything??

Anyone up for a NL100 prop next month? Maybe like 25K+hands, highest WR takes 1 BI from each person?
