both options have there pro's and con's depending upon what works for the player. i like live play followed with a session review on key hands. if your going to concentrate on a single aspect, like 3b/4b/ stuff, then vids like Hunter and Cottonseed have done with a number of hands pulled dealing with that aspect work (classroom style).

overall, i think your vids have been well done.

Like with previous bad FR days ... i make the same mistake !

I trundle off to the 6 max tables swearing at the FR tables as i go ... and then swear even more at the higher variance SH tables ..

Note to self :

You CAN AND DO have bad session on the FR tables .. but remember it does not make you a crap player , it also does not mean every raise means they have your number !!... just keep at it !!

LOL Your doing it wrong. Why is it tilt inducing. It should be more along the lines of "sweet, what can I do to be balla like that?"

35/33 repopping everyone all the time might not be the right approach.
