Mmmmmm tasty.

Just giving you a hard time.

Yeah, just getting to the point it's not too hard to crank out 4 figure months if I put in the time is exciting to me. I LOL when I see people putting up the same $$ amount @ 25. And then I when I check out the numbers some of the ssnl grinders put up.

You planning to take shots at 200 aggressively or are you going to reg up 100 for a while?

I don't know what I am going to do...I am enjoying NL100. There are enough interesting spots and yet it doesn't feel like I am trying to dig up an oak tree with a spoon. There are some really good regs at NL100, but unlike NL50 it seems they don't try to pick reg wars as much and have an epeen contest. There are also regs that have no business being there, and yet they make money...those guys are nice to have at the table since they bum hunt for you and you can just take their monies.

Played some at NL200 during juicy times. Table selection is harder and the SSer problem is just horrible. Games are a little tough, but not huge. Plus those SSer actually have some idea of what they are doing. Between the increased in regs, increased in SSers, fewer tables is NL200 may be a little off for me. I may switch to Stars if I want to become a reg above NL200.

Yeah, I think so far I'm concluding the same thing about 100. So far it's going OK and even though it's a small sample, I'm still taking my share of mega coolers and suckouts, so I think it's not all one big heater... time will tell.

Yeah, goal is definitely not to be a regfish. Stealing monies from the fishies but reverse robin hooding it to the regs.

I'm having the same debate about FT vs Stars. Want to be able to move up sometime next year, so it might make sense to switch at the beginning of the year rather than mid year.
11-05-2009 , 04:55 PM
onething I when you do switch, stay at the current limit for a little bit then move up. Don't jump site and level.
11-05-2009 , 05:01 PM
Yeah, def not. I think the key to shot taking is having your little hole you can crawl back into if it doesn't go so well. Having a hole to crawl back into means, among other things, some knowledge of the level below, including some buddies.

I think my most epic chopp pot was during my one of my tranisitions to NL50 during a epic DS.
Got it all in AA vs JJ. Flop comes AKK, turn K, river K.

I certainly hope not, as I'm at work.

If "springsteen87" is hit and running you...i'm in deep ****

The only time I leave is when it's planned or the table goes broke so any hit and run is unintentional
11-05-2009 , 05:29 PM
Not me lol. GOPMAK (in the snnl thread) keeps saying some spring related name is hit and running him. Doesn't sound like something you would do intentionally but was wondering if it was actually you.
11-05-2009 , 05:32 PM
oic, i'll take care of it, I do not remember doing as such, but we'll see maybe it was unintentional
11-05-2009 , 05:36 PM
i dont understand why you would want to move to stars for 200nl
from what i hear its dry as s***, full of SN and SNE grinders and just as many SSers probably.

Hmmm, yeah, tough to get reliable reports. I think stars has more 50bb min tables running usually + a bigger player pool + more higher tables in general, so it might be better. Not 100% on switching though.
