HOLY WTF. Yeah I see that yanrong guy at 2nl tables ALL the time. He likes to sit down with 42c and just shove or fold. He has played 300k hands according to pokertableratings. WTF.

Does anyone here play two sites at once? Maybe 10 on FTP and some on another site? I'm thinking about trying that... is there anyway to get the HUD working correctly for that...? I also can't seem to get my username from PS and FTP together to show at once for my HEM. While I havent' played at PS for a while, it would be nice if I can get this working.

Wow, indeed... really, what the hell is this. 365k hands, loss of 150 and even with rakeback he would have made a whopping 20 bucks.

Another wtf! 365k hands in 2 months...

Cool, I like the fact that there are many (well, relative ) 25NL and 50NL vids which are kinda the most common stakes for a lot of ppl.

It's nice to see 200NL vids but when playing 25NL they just aren't that relevant I think. Game is too different...

wtf? we're all complaining about shortstacker infested normal tables and wanting a "short table" and we get the polar opposite? what normal casual fish is playing an ante deep table?
10-08-2009 , 09:22 AM
I like the idea of antes tales (but although for stackes lower as NL50) but this is no solution for the SSer problem.

I'm so happy the Ante tables are deep. That's all I have to say.

Helps a little bit. ante games will be popular for a while when they first come out. Relief from SS scum.

I have to lol at the logic here.

On a "normal" table now..... how many shorts would you anticpate joining an ante table?

And if by chance a short joined....what are the chances he's any good?

wow wrong thread, nvm.

i'm kinda LOL'ing at the logic of being excited about ante tables at all at these stakes. if we're all chasing the casual player fish money, these make no sense. casual players don't want to play antes. they'd probably rather play the deep tables with half stacks, than play normal tables with antes... ante+deep = significantly less attractive to fish.

antes have a way about giving the good LAG a huge advantage over the reg TAG.... who seem compelled to loosen up past their comfort zone.
10-08-2009 , 11:02 AM
It looks like fun. Nice fat pots. I'm going to give it a shot next time I play.

right, i totally agree. but, again, at these stakes we're not really playing that game so much as collecting idiot money, still, from the fish. maybe i'm at the wrong tables, but the majority of NL50 crowd i'm sitting with, isn't exactly playing such a solid TAG game that i need to see them loosened up by an ante.

i think all it does is dissuade the casual players on to the (shortstack infested) normal tables.

Oh trust me, it's not a fix, and I know this. I'm just saying. Less tables of short stackers, I could care less who is playing in em. Even FTP pros.

are you table selecting away from SS on these "normal" tables? what are your thoughts on reg infested DS tables vs. the normal tables you're playing?

* still trying to find my playing style @ fiddy
