I got a warning for this last night. He was berating every fish on the tables and i mentioned to him that he really shouldnt berate anyone when he isnt even a winner. He told me i must be joking but when i linked his TR graph in the chat, he copied the text and emailed it to FT and i got a warning from them for 'unsportsmanlike' behavior. See below

It has come to our attention that you have been abusing your chat privileges by referencing a player's game statistics at the tables.

Information regarding the buy-in and final standings of tournaments hosted on Full Tilt Poker is publically available, and it is not
against our site rules to collect this information for your own reference.

However, it is unsportsmanlike and unethical to use this information to provoke another player by publicly stating their poker
statistics at the tables. This applies to all player-specific information contained on any external website or database.

yey, first day of moveup to nl100 went ... ok. I was up 5 BI at one point then spewed/got sucked on a bit n went down to 2.5BI but can't complain too much. 3.5PTBB , 3790 hands.. sheet, cant believe i played almost 4k hands... shoudlve stopped after 2 tho :]

Not sure but the guy is a moron and while i would like him banned, he plays so bad that it might be -EV for us if he gets banned

I have really no clue why some players berates the fish esp when they are sometimes so hard to find...

I remember reading somewhere that someone had his FT account suspended for using PTR. Apparently it's against the terms and conditions to obtain information about hands that you personally weren't involved in.

I agree but getting just his chat banned might be worthwhile.
