Wouldn't say only regs are joining when I start tables, lots of fish join in. Just quit the damn thing and start a new one if it fills with regs who wants to play regwars.

JLB: How is Canada/US? What have you done so far?

Maybe they get bad after a while, I usually leave a table I started when all the fish have busted and been replaced by regs.

I'm not sure when I became such a spew monkey. I exported my last session into excel from HEM and I'm tallying up all the money that upon reflection I consider to be spew. It is shocking. I am also adding a category for Heaters, Coolers and Bad Beats. Way more work than the EV graph but prob more EV+ for me right now. I think I will keep doing it until the spew category is under control.

absolute dollars when viewing only your Coolers/BadBeats is only somewhat meaningful. Shania pays back all that bow down and lick her boots.

Yeah, the coolers and bad beats are much less important than spew. I just thought it might be interesting to see how they balance out, but I suppose frequency would be a better measure as opposed to $...

BTW, I had a nice turnaround after we spoke a few weeks ago that I attribute to playing better, but I just relapsed the past 2 sessions. At least the time between relapse and recognitions is shrinking...

And OMG, I had no idea I was supposed to worship Shania???? WTF?

Edit: I meant the ratio of heaters/coolers b/c they should be about even in frequency.

ive been trying for a while to figure out how to get more action and today realized that when i bet in increments of $0.60, ie: $5.60, $21.60, etc, basically anything with $__.60 All the times ive done this were mainly on river bets and also cbets and noticed that people seroiusly spazz out to this for some reason, even players with decent stats, they seem to call off river bets pretty light when i do this and raise my cbet basically 100% of the time when i do this..... i know this sounds ****ing ridiculous, but im just stating something ive noticed. and im likely not gona start doing this cuz imo there enough mega fish to pay me off when i bet watever amounts anyways meh, any thoughts?

Fold in the first 3 positions, and fold to 3bets. Good luck!
