Which is pretty much all of it. Here's my current iron ma page(baller, I know).

So if hit ironman, which at the bottom is says I need 6 more days of 200 points a day I'll gain 100 medals yea? So by the end of the month I should have 196 medals in total? Also, what happens to my ironman plus medals?

They'll just be added into your regular medals...so if you earned 20 bonus medals this month you should have 216 medals total.

you will get your iron man plus medals, since you already qualified for one of the levels. Not sure how many medals you will get total since I don't know how many consecutive months you have had, but I am guess if you get Iron you should get 100 Bonus medals (for the excahnge)+ 22 Iron man Plus medals + 100 Iron man medals (if this is your first month) so that is about 222 medals you will earn plus your 96 medals you already have.

J/k, hope you feel better, and hope your head isn't too cloudy to grind. I missed work on monday and didn't get to play any poker! What a shame.

I feel it's gonna be tough to get 10 hours a week in with my current work load. I still want to be comfortable at NL100 by the end of the year though. I don't know how the day job grinders/family men etc get so many hands in...

haha, this was me until the day i looked up and saw that I had enough bonus medals to buy a bonus in the iron man store. then I thought, whoa, this is pretty cool, I better study up and see exactly how it works.

Yeah it actually adds a nicely to your WR if you hit your targets. Between the mid/end-year bonus and buying bonuses all of which don't effect your rakeback.

well according to FTPDoug they do not. Nothing you purchase in the Iron Man Store including the cash bonuses should effect your MGR. Now if you buy FTP points then spend those some place else it will effect your MGR.
