What operating system are you running?

UGH. I hate poker (today). 3k hands, was up $200, shipped KK into AA twice in ten minutes, lost a few other pots, and finish the day down, $20. (but I made $25 via rakeback.) U G H. what a grind. ok. I'm done whining. See you at the tables (as laggy as they may be) ... complete with stupid flying chat boxes... tomorrow!

Seems to be running OK now.

F'in A. FTP says there's a new update that needs to be installed, but it won't install it for me. F'in A.

I'm tempted to play again. But after that bad experience of not being able to see my cards really tilted me. I have yet to play after today's update. I might give it a go tomorrow since I'm such a degenerate!

So there was no lagging and missing cards issue? All the screens popped up when it was your action?

Ft is working fine, the only problem is my HUD is now to big that it blocks out other peoples cards so I can't see who's still in the hand, really annoying which means I have to edit my hud.

Ok let me know what you guys would do here. I obviously folded, but I can't believe how this hand ended up playing out. To me it seemed like a simple fold to a crazy all in. The guy that pushed was running 45/7

Is gdshaffer (100NL) any good or a 2p2er?

I played him HU for a pritty long time and he seemed competent, but somewhat spewy - It was like playing myself HU

Fun hand when the table had just started to fill up:

Full Tilt Poker $0.50/$1 No Limit Hold'em - 4 players
The Official 2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked.com

gdshaffer (CO): $210.85
Kokolores11 (BTN): $100.40
jackman9 (SB): $49.00
Hero (BB): $162.40

Pre Flop: ($1.50) Hero is BB with Q K
gdshaffer raises to $3.50, Kokolores11 calls $3.50, 1 fold, Hero raises to $10, gdshaffer raises to $30, 2 folds

Final Pot: $24.00
gdshaffer shows Q 3 (Queen Three high)
gdshaffer wins $24.00

My instincs said: This guy is sooooo full of **** and I was very close to 5betting, but I'm still playing a little scared at 100NL + we were both deep so I decided not to

FTP needs to be fixed soon. I ****ing hate stars.
07-10-2009 , 09:14 AM
It seems an obvious place for you to be squeezing with a big range, which you were. You are going to fold that range to more aggression a big part of the time. Basically if you were the PFR yourself, what would you think of your 3bet from the blinds with a caller between you?
07-10-2009 , 09:16 AM
I would think the squeezer was FOS because they always are in BvB. And yeah, I should have 5bet. Mustn't play scared poker!

Effective stacks about 150, about 45 in the pot, you need to call 20. How much would a 5bet be? Suppose you bet 70...

2+2er who worked his way through the micros the last few years. Excellent player.
07-10-2009 , 12:11 PM
3bet bigger imo
07-10-2009 , 12:20 PM
As for the FTP software upgrade, I got my Cards and Table MODs loaded and they seem to be working ok.

My PT3 seems to be working as well, except that I don't log any hands until I play a hand.
Has anyone figured out a fix for that?

My AHK is still not working. I only use Table Planner and Table Highlighter. The FTP Table Planner / Layout works fine, so I am using that instead of the AHK.

But I really really miss the Table Highlighter, esp when I 12-table.
Has anyone figured out how to fix the AHK issue?

Let me know and thanks!

River: ($22.00) A (2 players)

Just kidding, he seemed really good, and with my tricky trappy image I can't blame him for calling down with 33. One of the benefits of playing tricky, if you decide to play straightforward people will pay you off.
