This happens most of the time I'm holding AK. I just get confused when I get 5bet and don't know how to play it. OTF If I'm not hitting a pair, they ALWAYS jam but it's not profitable to call A high

I don't mind calling the 5-bet if villain's range is QQ+/AK (or wider), but if it's KK+ (which it might be, among those horrible 5NLz nut peddlers) then it's obviously a fold.
You actually have the right price to call on the flop if villain's range is QQ+/AK. With the gutter and overcards you've actually got 34% equity, and the shove is much less than pot. Again, if villain only ever has KK+, then you don't have the right odds.
