The solver is betting 100% of range on the flop. Mostly for 2/3 sizing. The OOP player has around a 60/40 equity advantage here. Generally it's jamming TT on this safe turn. It does occasionally take the line you took. It also thinks check/jamming the turn (after a smaller c-bet) a viable line.
