Hey guys,
I recently played this hand here:
We know that our opponent is a regular (20/18/10 on 300 Hands) but don’t have further reads.
Preflop:
Preflop he has an SB RFI of 47%. I decided to bluff 3bet and we get a call.
I expect his calling range vs my 3bet here to be this:
TT-22, AQs-A2s, K6s+, Q8s+, J8s+, T8s+, 97s+, 87s, 76s, 65s, AQo-ATo, KJo+
Flop:
The Board hits his range quite well. I still want to bet range here because we have more strong hands and are in position. Our hand benefits a lot from this since we can make PPs, some Kx and low suited connectors fold.
Turn:
I decide to give up. We hit a gutshot but our opponent can have many strong hands and we have many better hands we can use as a bluff here.
River:
Our opponent checks again and I decide to bet 1/3 pot. My target with this bet are better draws he can have (missed gutshots like KJ, KT, JT. Maybe even a 9 will fold here once in awhile? I play some Ax, weak two pairs etc. the same way and bet this size for thin value. Since we rangebet flop we still have many strong hands here that can bet/call.
Are you okay with this line?
