Well, against his tightest possible range (AA, AK, 77, 55), you need 3.4-1 on the turn. As played, you're getting 3.11-1 on a call. Personally, I don't think it's ever too bad to get it in in this spot, given how drawy the board is, especially for 100 BB's. You're looking at (at worst) 8 outs if your opponent has a set. Even more if he has a weird two pair (67ish, which I doubt based on his stats, but you didn't tell us how many hands it was over). Also, how aggressive is this player once he's in a pot?
If you're behind you still have lots of outs to improve + you're getting excellent price..
He's probably rring AK and AA pre and he raises all his sets on the flop.
If you're behind it's probably AK but it's not the end of the world.
