I think in a headsup pot a c-bet as a thin valuebet to get value out of SD, Lower nines and Lower PP is fine, 3way it is more likely that your Hand is not the Best, so i would just Check and bet the turn for Same reason as mentioned if it is checked through

IF you C-bet make it bigger... This bet is crying for floats from random overs and marginal draws....

I would prefer a check tho...
