HERO???

My reads on MP was that he was limping decent hands and raising the good hands. And hadn't played anything out of line

CO was a fish that called 3-bets and iso raises light.

What is MPs range for leading out on the flop? I'm thinking that his range is very polarized to overpairs QQ,TT or hands like AKs-ATs

CO range is so wide to be any ten or a FD or some kind of gutshot.

What should i do in this spot?

How could I played the hand better from the start?

raise and get it in imo. The can easily have Tx hands and random draws that you are ahead of. I don't think you can fold, and calling would be bad, with a bunch of scare cards that can come.

once CO calls with whatever Qt/draw he decided to call with (his flat here sucks no matter what he has imo) you really do have to shove. this is a 'jackpot' kind of spot at this level.

Definitely ship it. So much dead money in the pot and you don't have much reason to think you are behind at this point.
