We have just three outs (k spade rio) and it's pretty obvious. If we call, we have to plan on taking it down on the river without showdown. Against a player like this, it isn't best to try to bluff him off of a hand.

Oops, must excuse me, I can't think straight today.

If you think the player will pay off on 9s, then it may be a bit more ok. But we can't really count on getting much value from a K river.
