You don't need to defend this vs 3x.

Your range is pretty polarized to straights or better, maybe a bit of trips if you barrel 5x with a spade and gutter. Everything else you can check back and bluffs will go whatever size your value wants.

Villain mostly will XR flop/turn with anything better so in theory you can just shove even if it's like 5x pot.

5 is a much better card for him than you which would incline us to size up but in reality we are targeting 3x, 2x, and Ace high so I'd just bet something small like half pot and take advantage of his mostly weak range.

I like the push to throw 8x...But in the moment I dont have balls and only potbet... Btw if i Bet 200% I think that mostly villain throw 8x... But yes when the villain have a capped range I have to put max pressure with my bluffs ( and with value I go lower because is anonymous pool and I dont have to balance)

Yeah I don't agree with shoving at all. V has 5x, 3x, 2x, missed spades, and a little bit of mid 8x. Even when we have boats or straights, we don't need to jam because we can expect 5x to x/r river. Ripping isn't going to generate significantly more folds than a small bet because villain is polarized to trips and trash.

You can also just give up river. He has a bunch of bluff catchers and this is fairly bad card for you.
