NL25 Overplay AQo vs rec? NL25 Overplay AQo vs rec?

Hello.
At the time I thought I played ok because I was against a bad player but after thinking better I may have overplayed the hand, on the river vs raise even with good odds to call I think it's unlikely he would have worse, maybe check on the turn too? I remember thinking about betting on the turn to not let him see a free river on a possible draw and because he paid me with worse Ax. Also my sizes are trash i think.
(First hand I post here, I apologize if I did something wrong).

need to size up the turn. how tight/loose is rec? u can value jam this against loose fish but not against normal players. but as played definitely fold to river AI

I'm snap mucking river Vs my rec population; however with reads this can easily be snap call so really depends.

I do also like going bigger on turn like red said

I only had about 50 hands on him, he was a passive calling station, another reason to fold the river I imagine since this hand was the first one he raised post flop but because i had few hands I didn't consider it very relevant at the time.

Yeah the river was a really bad call, it was really just because of having good odds to call and little information on the villain but even though i only had about 50 hands, an agro had already revealed itself by that time i think and I don't think he was good enough to turn missed drawing or pairs into bluffs on the river.

Larger turn bet... river is probably exploit fold. Most recs aren't jamming over river bets. If you check though, some recs will bluff missed draws.

It makes sense, in fact, as I said in my answer above bet on the river meant that he should only raise with value because a rec would hardly shove bluff in my opinion.
