NL25: JJ in 3-bet pot NL25: JJ in 3-bet pot

Villain was 23/20/50% from only 30 hands. He hadn't 3-bet me before but of course it's a very small sample. I really tossed up between every option preflop but I thought flatting and re-evaluating on the flop was best. How do you like to play this now? I hated leading out because I thought it folded out every better hand so I thought checking was best. He'd c-betted both times he'd had the chance but what do we do now?
