Nl25 140bb deep with trips -3bet pot

Villain was a reg playing 21/18 after 80hands.
His fold to 3bet was 100%(3) so far so i decided to 3bet him light here.
He should have had me at 19/17 at this time. usually i play 14/12
At the flop i decided to not bet here because at nl25 everybody just thinks u have AA/KK here and snap folds.
after his shove i would usually snapcall him but he took a lot of time till he shoved so i dont really think he is bluffing here. but the average reg raises to 12,50-13$ here with TT/QQ so i am not really happy with my fold after thinking about it.
