I never RR the flop here but figure turn bet is mandatory.

looks like a pair and combo draw type hand, or the nuts. His bet sizing makes it look like he really does not want a call, therefore i call

He mini raises you on flop and checks turn why not check back. Your either crushed or he was seeing where he's at..if you check turn back you can re eval the river
