Yeah ship it. We get value from JTs/QJs/KJs and maybe offsuit ones if they 3bet those. Blocking AA is nice too.

Also the population at 6max doesn't protect checking ranges enough which means we can go for thinner value, I'm assuming it translates over to heads up as well.

You are playing heads-up right? Being in the SB yet playing in position postflop?

In both heads-up and 6-max I think the standard is to check back without a diamond in your hand.

The runout is bad for your hand and the fact that BB 3betted pre so he has some overpairs in his range.

No way BB has overpairs check/calling down like this - hands like 99/88/TT/the rare 7x seem most likely.
