hi. talked to some people at liquidpoker and i'm not sure what to do in these 2 spots. we just started playing, prob 30 hands in. villain rarely 3bets pf, and seems to be calling down a decent amount of my raises pf oop. i think first is easy shove, not sure about 2nd. what do ppl think about these spots? pretty easy shoves? or something else, any suggestions will help. ty.

Given bet sizing a push is okay in the first. If he pots it(unless of course you have a read that means something else), I can find a fold.

Call second.

you should 3bet that flop in the second one.

On hand 1 I like just calling and folding to a river bet more than shoving, but it's close because of the draws. I disagree with oyvindgee; if he bets the turn larger I am more inclined to shove.

Hand 2 I like a flop 3bet, he's checkraising with air usually and I'm fine with getting it in here.

hmm alright thanks for feedback guys. in hand 1 i basically shoved, and he showed 55 for set. 2nd hand, i called the turn and shoved the river which was not a diamond or A, it was a Q and he tanked for bit. ended up calling top pair k9. i was a bit upset with the result of hand 2, i think i could have 3bet turn but im PRETTY sure he's never getting away from top pair, and is just shoving over or calling, then shoving river. edit: meant 3bet flop, he seems like the type who would just call/overshove though but no problem getting in like you guys said in that spot.
