doubtful. i'd C/F turn.

bet bigger otf to something like 1.8-2.

when villain calls turn with flush showing as played, im done with the hand, the river shove is spew IMO, as you already have announced that you have a king and even a reasonable hand like KQ is now ahead of you otf.

bet larger otf, c/f turn. or as played, c/f river.

I don't think there's too much wrong with how you played it. Just a bad beat. People will call with worse. They tend to get stubborn in 3bet pots.

However your flop/turn bet sizing is kind of weird because you're left with $4 in a $12 pot on the river.

Readless I think I play this the same way. Stack are so weird otr that I think we just have to shove since we should not be folding. Why would you c/f turn tho?? Thats a hell of a sould read. There is so little we are losing too as sets are not likely due to effective stack sizes and KK is a long shot. We are chopping and getting value from some KQ and KJ type hands. There are also probably a couple of NFD's in villains range too but not enough to warrant a c/f imo.
