Too me it looks like he has nothing here. Then seems best to check and provokate him to try steal this pot, because on your bet he would just fold his air (if he is bad, he can call you with A-high or something like that). Or you can make small gay-bet to provokate him on bluff raise.

If you think he pot controll turn with mid pair (66-TT), then you have to value bet here. I would bet more here, for example 1.5$-1.6$, because he will most likely call you with worse.

If he has big river AF - I c/c here, If he is passive - bet.

I would prob 3b pre but depends. I would just bet for value here although checking to induce is not a bad option. I think he can still have a good amount of PPs that may check again or bet small but would otherwise call a river bet.

Def bet here. With the double paired board he can expect a lot of light calls coupled with the fact that many of his hands have SDV I wouldn't expect him to bluff here very often.

I bet turn and river. Don't think very many villians on 10nl are folding Ax in that spot and I wouldn't even consider naked flushdraw stations as very unlikely. Also if we bet here and villian folds, there are very few rivers that we would've gotten value on.

Villian is not very likely to decide and run a bluff on the river, so let's just get that fold or get that value! Betting 1.50 would seem like a little bit too much, since we really want a call here I'd go for 1$/1.20$

I understand that we should be getting money in vs fish preflop, but his raising range is way tighter than his vpip like a lot of fish. I guess its still +EV to 3 bet with JJ though.
